Columbia West

Employees who bus, bike, walk, carpool, vanpool or telework to work at least four days per week are eligible for certain benefits by registering with TransManage.

Preferential Parking for carpools and vanpools: Preferential parking is limited. In order to qualify for preferential/discounted parking, all carpool/vanpool partners who work in Columbia West must register with TransManage.

Free park days: Tenants who bus, bike, walk, carpool, vanpool or telework may earn three (3) days of free parking in the building garage per month. In order to use the parking benefit go to www.columbiawest.com
Select ‘Tenant Services’ on the left side of the page.

Click on ‘Submit a service request’ button. Please enter the day that you would like to use the garage. Garage access will be added to your building access card if you are a registered TransManage participant.

A few things to remember when requesting a free day:

Columbia West manually enters your free days, upon request. It is ideal to let them know at least a day or two in advance, when possible. We understand sometimes you miss your bus or other circumstances may prevent you from knowing in advance. In such cases, please submit your request as soon as you can. Requests should be made prior to noon on the same day.
If the Columbia West office is not open (i.e. due to holiday or inclement weather, etc.), we will not be able to honor your request. In these cases, you will be required to pay for your parking.
Do you have a building access card? If so, can you please email us the card #. If you do not have a card, please let us know. This card will allow you access into and out of the garage.

Access to secure bicycle parking: Register with TransManage for instructions to access the secure bicycle parking in the garage.

Emergency Ride Home: Tenants who are enrolled in the TransManage building program can receive reimbursement for up to four emergency rides home per year.

If today's date is on or before the 20th, your free park days and your carpool parking rate will go into effect next month. If it is after the 20th, they will not begin until the following month. All other program benefits are active upon TransManage's receipt of this registration form.

In June and December of each year TransManage will email current participants requesting they re-register online with TransManage to continue receiving program benefits. This program is brought to you by property management as a benefit for choosing a non-drive-alone commute alternative the majority of the time. TransManage, in conjunction with property management and parking garage management reserve the right to revoke TransManage benefits to abusers of the program at any time.
